With inspirations as wide ranging and eclectic ranging from Tyrannosaurus Rex, Nick Drake, Richard Thompson & Roy Harper to Jimi Hendrix and King Crimson, many of Pete’s songs have found great favour with audiences including ‘Conversing With The Moon’, ‘Daylight’, ‘Take My Chances With The Devil’, ‘Standing In The Shadows’.
During his time as a performer he has played across the UK, Europe and South America (ask him about the volcano) shared the same stage as the likes of Richard Thompson, Lindisfarne, Jake Thackery, Boo Hewerdine, Billy Bragg and more.
Pete has released several albums as a solo artist and as members of various duo’s & trios, most notably Tea Cup Head, Beeblefish and The Shaw:Clark Project, many of which are still available.
You’ll find him on all good streaming platforms, and occasionally out-and-about in the north east annoying audiences with his songs and witty repartee. Upcoming gigs are often posted on his Facebook music page.
